MEET OUR STAFF

Tom Fulner
President
Tom Fulner has grown up in and around the printing industry. After graduating from Purdue University with a BS in Architectural Engineering, he chose to work full time in the PIP Printing his parents opened in 1972. In 1986 he was promoted to Operations Manager where he remained until 1997 when he was promoted to President of the Indianapolis operations. Tom has been married for over 25 years to his wife Shari, and they are the proud parents of three children, Darren, Michelle, and Adam. Tom loves woodworking, painting and being with his family and friends but if the truth be known, he’d rather see a Chicago Bears game than do just about anything else. There’s always next year, Tom.

Diane Robinson
Marketing Consultant
Diane (formerly Fulner) graduated Ball State University in 1987 with a degree in Marketing. But she began her career in the family’s printing business long before that, working first in the pre-press/graphics department. Her understanding of the process from concept to completion has been critical to her success. Diane’s commitment to servicing her customers is what has contributed to her longstanding and strong business relationships. She has two great kids and is not shy (or quiet) when it comes to cheering them on in their athletics. Her interests include home and self-improvement, boating, dancing, and doing just about anything outdoors. Diane is an eternal optimist with a laugh that is good medicine for anyone around her.

Mary Kay Hessong
Marketing Consultant
Mary Kay is a native of Indianapolis and attended college in Dallas, Texas. After a successful career in sales, Mary Kay chose to stay home with her 3 young daughters, Emma, Audrey and Ellyn. While enjoying being a stay at home mom, Mary Kay started a successful home-based business with The Pampered Chef where she was quickly promoted to sales manager with sales in the top 1% of her company. In 2005 Mary Kay brought her sales’ talents to PIP. Mary Kay has been married to her husband, David for over 20 years. She loves to travel, especially to the Caribbean, and spending time with friends and family. Her very favorite pastime? Girls’ night out!

Jeremy Wagner
Marketing Consultant
PIP Salesperson Rookie of the Year
Jeremy graduated Vincennes University with a degree in Commercial Arts/Graphic Design and has had a successful career in the printing and design industries since 1998. His background in graphics has given him a great perspective on how best to get jobs produced for clients. He is an avid golfer with a single digit handicap, having played both golf and soccer in college. Jeremy loves all sports and is a fan of both the Indianapolis Colts and Indians. He is married and has a young son who already caddies for Dad. Needless to say, Jeremy is an advocate of building client relationships on the golf course!

Laura Sandin
Director of Marketing Services
Laura brings many years of experience in the advertising and marketing industries to Dynamark/PIP. She owned an advertising agency in Indianapolis for over 25 years that serviced clients large and small, coast-to-coast and for many of those years specialized in the commercial and retail real estate industry. She is focused on providing clients with result-driven marketing strategies. Laura graduated Bethany College with a BA in Journalism, has been married to her college sweetheart, Paul, for over 35 years and has one daughter, Erin. Her passions include golf, golf, and golf but when not doing that she likes to travel (to golf). If she could figure a way to take Mary, her Golden Retriever, golfing…life would be perfect.

Keith Hunt
Production Manager
Keith has spent his entire career in the printing industry. He started running a press in 1975. He has run a press, worked in bindery, worked in pre-press and managed all phases of production. As computers became a greater influence in the industry, Keith saw the writing on the wall and brought himself up to speed on MACs and PCs – working for a desktop publishing company. He is married and has three children and three grandchildren. Keith always has the latest and greatest electronic gizmo (or is about to get it) but his true passions are movies and books – especially SciFi. Got an hour? Go ahead…ask him about Michael Crichton.

Steve Lacer
IT Director
Steve has been involved with the printing business for over 25 years. His first 16 years were with a local graphic arts dealer, HPS, as a service technician. As technology changed, he became certified by Apple and switched over to all electronic prepress support. Today, he is the IT director for Dynamark/PIP, where he maintains workstations, servers and networks. Steve, an avid hunter, is also a professional taxidermist. He has two lovely daughters who love nothing more than shooting turkeys with Dad. In fact, on any given day you may find an animal part in his office waiting to be mounted. Steve has a beautiful wife who is still at his side after 25 years.

Mark Laymon
Graphics Manager
Mark brings more than 25 years of experience in the printing industry to his management role at Dynamark/PIP. Born and raised in the greater Indianapolis area, he ran his first printing press while a sophomore in high school and has since worked in all areas of printing production, including prepress, press operation, bindery, purchasing and production management and sales. Mark has been happily married for almost 25 years and has a son and Belgian sheepdog named Bentley. He is crazy about anything to do with trains or planes and when the “honey-do” list permits, loves to bike, camp and fish.

Kimberly Wright
Customer Service
Kimberly is originally from Gastonia, North Carolina and relocated to Indianapolis in August of 1998. She came to Dynamark in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative/Project Coordinator and loves working with clients. Kimberly has 2 children, 8 cats, 1 black rabbit and a “small” dragon named Jade. She loves the color purple, spending time at the ocean and all types of music. Her vast, eclectic collection of albums and CDs include artist ranging from Elton John to Disturbed. If every office has a crazy cat lady, Kim just might be ours.
